Lemon Tree Preschool is a small home-based preschool and daycare located in the Hillcrest neighborhood in Roseville, California. Central to Roseville, we are located near downtown, I-80, Douglas and Cirby Elementary. Our school offers small group sizes, ensuring each child has the necessary one-on-one time that is so important in early childhood. Our play-based program offers both indoor and outdoor opportunities for learning and exploration. Our indoor space offers areas for literacy, blocks and building, dramatic play, science, art, music, sensory and so much more. Upon entering the outdoor space, children will find an array of options in our music zone, mud kitchen, sand box, Hummingbird Hideaway cottage, rock box, sensory tables, and open play area. Once a day we have a short gathering time where children are transported to a magical world of story time, music, dance and games. With birds, honeybees, and lady bugs all around, the children of Lemon Tree Preschool are surrounded by nature in an open urban setting.

Lemon Tree Preschool is part of Placer County Office of Education's Early Quality Matters program, bringing the highest quality of learning to our family child care. We strive to stay up-to-date on the latest methods, ideas and knowledge within the Early Childhood Education community by attending many workshops, trainings and conferences throughout the year.
